Hi !
i’m trying to get a solution about my problem. I Added to my menu, the option “Achat” (Cart) because if a user add some photo to the cart, after this go to my “portfolio” page or “about” page and want to come back to the cart page, it’s the only way I can see to return to the cart for checkout. I add also the WPS… widget in the toggle sidebar. The problem is, the cart is not updated. If you want to see what I mean do this:
1. Go to photoksr.com
2. Go to “Galerie”
3. Select “Tournoi Midget 2019”
4. Select “LUNDI 4 FÉVRIER 2019”
5. Select 1 image…
6. Click on “Ajouter au panier” translation of “Add to cart”
We can see, Item as been added to cart with sucess.
7. Click on “Retour à la galerie” translation of “Return to gallery”
8. Select another photo, and click on “Ajouter au panier”.
So right now, we are supposed to have 2 images in the cart.
9. In the menu, click on “Achat” translation of cart.
We got message, your cart is empty…
Also, if we go in toggle bar, I hadd the WPS… widget, and no item in the cart.
10. If you return in the gallery, add another photo in the cart, and when we see the green rectangle, where we can read “Item as been added to cart”
if you click on “Voir le panier” translation of “Go to cart”, we can see 3 photo we selected…
In the menu, the “Achat” option, I set this in this page: [WPS_show_cart]
It is something wrong ?

Maybe you have a caching issue.
If you are using a caching plugin please make sure you are not caching the cart page.

January 8, 2019 at 3:54 pm #78964pmsorberMemberWe have the same issue on our website as well. Checked php error’s, there are none. Also checked caching, its set to off with WP Super Caching. We also noticed that the cart does not show orders on a mobile device (smartphone) while using Chrome. It works on embedded internet browsers on smartphones.

What happens when you completely deactivate the caching plugin? Does the cart update correctly?
Does you host provider by any chance do their own server-side caching?
Can you please provide a link to the gallery page so I can try adding something to the cart?

As far as know our provider does not do caching on web-hosting level. I will check.

So we are on the same page can you please delete your current version and install a fresh version of the plugin:

After you have done that let us know if the problem still persists.

to resolve my problem, I installed W3 Total Cache plugin, added
the 3 lines as mentioned and all work fine for me.

You will not lose any settings or galleries when upgrading the plugin to a new version.
