    Hi Pieter,

    Can you please check your server error log files and let me know if you see any logs related this issue?

    (You will be able to find the error log file using CPANEL. If you do not know how to locate the file your host support people will be able to help you)

    Dear Peter, we also checked the plugin log and found php errors. We have send it to Ivy.

    Reason to send the log file was that a international customer placed an order that did not trigger the order notification to us and customer. The process stopped after payment from customer.

    We will also look at the server log this evening.
