Problem stamping {customer_email}

I’m running PDF Stamper in conjunction with WP eStore and all is working correctly except that the variable {customer_email} is stamping the customers name and not the email address. {customer_name} and {customer_address} are stamping correctly.

Here are the versions that I’m using:

WP v3.2.1

eStore v5.9.9.8

PDF Stamper v3.3.9

Paypal (Websites Payment Standard) is the payment processor.
