How can I print a report of all the products and their settings (such as price, weight, variatons) to be able to proof and have a record of.

Go to your site’s cPanel -> PHPMyadmin -> Select the WordPress database -> Select the wp_eStore_tbl

Now, export the data from this table to a excel or CSV file or any other format that you like.
