Hello
I have purchased your excellent plugin for use on [www.imperialshihtzus.co.uk]. I installed it and it appeared to be working fine but only with the default installation settings. As soon as I try to change any of the lightbox settings I just get a message ‘PrettyPhoto is not enabled in the library settings’, or similar to that. Obviously I checked and it was enabled (ticked in the checkbox).
For example I tries to check the ‘show title’ option on one occasion and on another I tried to enable the ‘enable jquery’ option and the same thing happened.
There appears to be nothing that I can do to get it working again when this happens and the only solution is to disable, uninstall the plugin and then re-install it. I also tried turning off other plugins to see if there was a conflict.
Right now I have reinstalled the plugin and left it on the default settings. Please have a look at [http://www.imperialshihtzus.co.uk/mums/bebe/] and you will see that it’s working as long as I don’t mess with anything.
By the way I also do not appear to be able to get the preview image to center on the page but this may be theme related as It is quite an old theme. I tried to do this in the wisywig editor as per your video sample.
Please can you let me know what I can do to fix things.
Kind regards
Charles

January 17, 2013 at 12:10 am #52931d00dmanMemberHi,
I am having the very same issue, but it occurred right after installation. I am using this short code:
[wp_lightbox_embed_protected_s3_video name=”h264-encoded-video.mp4″ bucket=”my-video-container” width=”500″ height=”400″] (with the detailed sections filled out)
to directly embed a video from Amazon S3. I have tried enabling both HTML5 and Flowerplayer by checking them off in the library settings, but on the page I get the messages:
“You do not have flowplayer checkbox enabled in the settings”
or
“You do not have HTML5 checkbox enabled in the settings”
