Thanks for the prompt reply.
Looks line i did not observe the “Note for Non-English Language Users” and did not select the new language, using the “eMember Language” setting.
Hope I’ll find the note and the settings …
Thanks for now and I’ll feedback.
August 9, 2014 at 7:20 pm #21201iliebgSpectator@wzp – looks like I missed something….
1. I’m translating the ro.php file directly inside CPanel using the “Code Editor” and as a character encoding to use when opening this file i have selected UTF-8
2. Unfortunately I can’t find the new language, using the “eMember Language” setting (Select the language that you want your emember be displayed in.) Romanian language is not in the list … maybe i missed a step to make it appear ???
Thank much for you help.

You have two choices:
- Rename and replace one of the existing language files, with your own.
- Edit the emember_general_settings.php file and add a new language to the eMember_language dropdown option menu.
August 9, 2014 at 8:35 pm #21203iliebgSpectator1. option 1 already did – i duplicate the eng.php and i rename it into ro.php – this don;t works for me …
2. I can Edit the emember_general_settings.php – but what happen when i update the eMember to a new version – i have to backup every time this file? (if Yes – is there any other solution except file editing?)
Thanks

- Make a backup of the eng.php file.
- Rename your ro.php file to eng.php so that when eMember uses “English” as the language, it will really use Romanian.

You would have that same worry, even if you used the previous solution. Personally, it is better to edit the emember_general_settings.php file than it is to replace eng.php with the contents of the ro.php file; because you only risk accidentlly clobbering one change, instead of a whole file.
March 13, 2015 at 7:37 am #21205ab1961MemberHere are few flaws I’ve found in the localization:
1) eng.php, line 11: please replace EMBMBER_UPGRADE with EMEMBER_UPGRADE
2) wp_eMember1.php, line 998: please replace ‘Upgrade’ with EMEMBER_UPGRADE
3) emember-dbas-addon-php, line 80, line 94: please replace “Processing…” with EMEMBER_WAIT

March 14, 2015 at 8:04 am #21207ab1961MemberRussian localization for eMember: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/xc12mizvctft3rv/ru.php?dl=0]
and for eStore: [https://www.dropbox.com/s/mk155rlgb0q44z5/ru.php?dl=0]
March 15, 2015 at 12:01 am #21208adminKeymasterThank you, I will add those to the plugin.
March 15, 2015 at 8:29 am #21209ab1961MemberOne more thing: in Russian we use space as thousands delimiter. It seems to be impossible to set it in eStore settings: wp_eStore1.php treats it as unset and replaces by default ‘,’.
The better yet solution would be to set the delimiter to apmpersand#160; but it becomes cut to ‘&’.
At the moment I couldn’t find better solution than hacking the code.

June 13, 2015 at 10:34 pm #21212gunerMemberHi,
I am using Polylang for my website and currently it have 2 languages.
I need to have two language for Sign up/Login page correspond to the language selected by visitor so how and where should I edit with the plugin?
I contact the FAQ section few days ago but didn’t get reply. I hope I can get some help over here.
Really appreciate for any inputs, thank you.
June 15, 2015 at 3:06 am #21213adminKeymasterWe don’t have an integration with Polylang. We only have integration with WPML. I am guessing they work similarly? Can you share documentation link that shows how to detect the currently selected language in Polylang?
June 15, 2015 at 3:22 pm #21214gunerMemberHi, Finally, thanks for the reply.
From the Polylang official documentation mentioned it is WPML compatible.
I hope this is what you’re asking for:
