Hello,
I’m closing my client website now, and finally testing things for real.
Manual checkout is ok now.
But PayPal checkout it doesn’t work right.
(I’ve been reading a lot of post and your instructions about this, I swear )
– My settings are supposed to be right:
• main settings, thank you page selected and PayPayPal Test Mode On: NO, Enable logging: YES
• email settings, send email after purchase selected
• payment gateway settings, Use PayPal Standard Checkout checked, email ok, and PDT identity Token ok
• advanced setting, Display Download Links & Purchase Info On Thankyou Page checked, and message filled with {product_link_digital_items_only} and other shortcodes
– Paypal seller account
• Payment Data Transfer (PDT): On
• Auto return: On
• Instant Payment Notification (IPN): On (also it ask me for a Notification URL so I put the thank you page)
I made a few test:
– PayPal purchase with PayPal account (a personal account)
• process ok, it charges the money!
• client gets PayPal transaction email receipt
• thank you page wrong, just shows the shortcodes
• no email from web sent to anybody
• no order is added in the admin
– PayPal purchase with credit card
• process ok
• order is added in admin
• order and online receipt not showing any products, just the total amount
• no downloads link in client email
Please, the page is launching in january…
I know maybe I’m been a little bit a pain in the ass, but… the plugin is not cheap, so I expect a little support…
thank you!!!!

1) Enable the debug option in the plugin so we can see if the plugin is executing the email sending code or not.
2) Apply the following to your PayPal account:
Then do a test transaction via paypal and let us know.

ok! thank you!!!
it’d must be that, I don’t have accesss to the PayPal account, so I made my client check it again.
Now it’s almost working!
(except for the product list from the shortcode, all in one paragraph.)
thank you!
