ParticipantHi Stephanie, this seems like a classic case of PHP session not working on your server. your hosting provider should be able to help here.
Please have a look at this thread whereby other people had similar issues and see how it got resolved (maybe it will give you some ideas)
Let me know how you go.
I took a peek at your site btw and it looks pretty cool

MemberAnyone solved this yet? My PHP sessions are working fine (have tested with other plugins) and confirmed by my host.

ParticipantPlease post a link to your products page so I can see the error myself which will give me a better idea of what it can be.

MemberI had some issues after updating to current version. In IE everything was fine but in Firefox, Chrome, Safarai on checkout I got message that there was no items in my cart. I read through all the various problems that people had and one of them suggested ticking the “Enable Alternate Redirection Method” box in the Advanced Settings page. I checked this out on my version and it was already ticked. Having gone through all other suggestions I unchecked this box and hey presto everything worked fine again. Hope this might help somebody from pulling too much hair out!!! M

ModeratorThank you for the tip. If having that option set “all the time” worked for everybody, there wouldn’t be any reason to make it an option.
