I uploaded some pictures for sale and the thumbnails show up, but when clicking on any of them, it says,
“Not Found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”
Here’s the site [http://silvercortex.com/photogallery/gallery8/]
July 21, 2016 at 10:42 pm #73732PeterMemberCan you please do the following:
1) download and install a fresh version of the plugin:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
2) Go to your wordpress pages menu and check that the “photo details” page exists.
If there is no photo details page, also check the pages trash menu and restore this page if you have deleted it.
If more than one photo details page exists, delete all except one.
3) Go to Photo Seller Settings -> Page Settings and set the “Photo Details Page” dropdown box to the correct page.
4) Go to the permalinks settings of WordPress then save the settings (saving the permalink settings will force the re-write rules to be flushed):
WordPress Settings -> Permalinks
Then try the gallery again and let us know if you still have issues.
July 22, 2016 at 5:16 am #73733superjaMemberThe problem was in step 2. I had a details page, but it was set to private. Changing it to public fixed it. One more question, I just had a friend test buy a picture with Paypal and I got the money but he never had to enter an email and he never got the picture. What am I missing for this?
December 6, 2017 at 11:52 pm #737344captronMemberI have a new install of the Photo Seller plugin and after creating a new gallery, uploaded the images I am getting a ‘404’ error when opening an image on the Photo Details page.
I have requested and reinstalled the Photo Seller plugin, checked to make sure I have a ‘Photo Details’ page and that there is only one page. After all this I get the same results, ‘404’ error.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
December 7, 2017 at 5:08 am #73735PeterMemberHave you checked the following setting?
WP Photo Seller >> Settings >> Page Settings >> Photo Details Page
Make sure the above is set to the photo details page.
If the above was not your issue, please post a link to your gallery so I can see it?

December 7, 2017 at 7:06 am #73737PeterMemberThe index.php in the URL is causing the issue. I recommend you remove it.
What are your permalink settings set to?
December 8, 2017 at 2:41 am #737384captronMemberMany thanks… It was the permalink setting, I did not change from the default.
