Photo Seller Cart Page cannot be found.

Hi I hope someone can help.

I have WP Photo Seller installed with Hostgator.

Everything is mostly OK but when I click on Add to Cart I’m getting the error “Page not found”

I have had issues before with this Theme and in my attempts to fix this problem I have deactivated most of my plugins.

I am a beginner with Word Press so any basic instructions you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you firstly grab a fresh copy of the plugin and delete and deactivate your existing one and install the new one? (don’t worry you won’t lose any photos or configuration items)

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

After you’ve done that can you please go to the WP Photo Seller >> Admin Functions menu.

Once on that page click the “Regenerate Default Pages” button.

Then check your site again and see if the problem has been fixed.

Hi,

Problem has been fixed.

The issue was that the photo details page was missing the shortcode. Also the correct page was not selected in the main settings for the photo details page dropdown box.

As recommended in my email, I advise that you should not tamper with the default pages and shortcodes created by this plugin because they are required for the smooth operation of this plugin.
