I use WPeStore and WPeMember on my site. I just purchase the PDF Stamper as well.
I have a bunch of PDF resources that I am putting on my site. For my members they will be able to download them for free through a protected page on my members area. I would like to just have the title of the PDF be the link to download it. and when they download it have their info stamped. Is this possible and if so how would I do it??
Then I will also be putting these PDFs up on the store section of my site for people who are not members to purchase them. I understand that this area will be done by creating a product through eStore and linking it to my page. And setting up PDF Stamper to integrate with my eStore.
One other thing, I was thinking of storing my PDF’s on my Amazon S3 account. Is that possible to integrate as well for both pages?
Site: raphajourney.com
Thanks for your help!
May 4, 2015 at 1:11 am #69871adminKeymasterThe info from the following posts should be helpful:
The stamper plugin needs the file to be on your server so it has permission to modify it. You can’t store it on S3 account. The plugin won’t be able to modify an external file (due to security restrictions).

I would like however to have the title of my PDF be the link to download instead of having a download now button below the title. I have about 50 PDFs and I just want to list them by name so that my members can click the title of the one they want and it will download that with the stamped details.
Is that possible?
Also, I have been trying to use this shortcode: [stamper_download_button_for_wp_user file_url=”http://www.raphajourney.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/RaphaUK_Anointing-v1.0.pdf” button_text=”Download Now”], but I keep getting this error message when I click the download button: Error! The URL value is empty. Please specify a correct URL value to redirect to!
May 5, 2015 at 12:09 am #69873adminKeymasterWe don’t have an option for that unfortunately. The stamping process need to be started via the click of a button.
When the stamping fails, it won’t have a valid URL to redirect to. So you need to make sure the stamper is working on your site but going to the “Manual Stamping” menu and testing the stamping.
