hello …
I bought the plugin “WP PDF STAMPER”
but when I activate the plugin, the site disappears, the screen turns completely white.
– I have not installed any other plugin
– The WordPress version is 3.3.1
– WP Settings PDF Stamper v4.1.7
– Twenty Eleven is the theme installed 1.3, but the problem also occurs with other themes.
The backend works well…
What should I do to fix?
thanks and good job.

April 10, 2012 at 7:18 am #43930adminKeymasterA blank screen when you load your site usually indicates that your server is running out of memory or you are nearly on the memory limit (RAM memory allocated for your PHP application). So when you active another big plugin (for example, PDF Stamper) it is pushing over your memory limit that your hosting provider has allocated for your account. This limit from your server then makes it to where WordPress can’t load the page.
You can contact your hosting provider and ask them what you PHP Memory limit for your hosting account is. The PDF Stamper’s minimum requirement plugin should also tell you your memory limit.

April 10, 2012 at 7:48 am #43931GiumaMemberthe limit of my provider is 64MB …
I managed to … bring up the site by changing the PHP version from 5.3 to 5.2
The backend does not yet work well … I have problems with the “MANUAL STAMPING”

April 10, 2012 at 8:03 am #43932GiumaMemberok…. solved….
I modified the PHP version from 5.3 to 5.2
and chosen as “PDF Stamping Method” on “Stamping Method 2”
everything seems to work ….
P. S. I have not changed the memory, which remained to 64MB
thanks
April 10, 2012 at 9:20 am #43933adminKeymasterGood to hear that you sorted it out. The 2nd method of stamping takes less memory on some server setup which is probably why you are not seeing the issue anymore. If you set the memory limit to 128MB you most likely won’t see any issue even with the default method of stamping.
