If you are receiving a license expired error message when trying to stamp the PDF file then please load a fresh build of the plugin from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
You do not need to deactivate the existing license or anything. Simply deactivate and delete the existing copy of the plugin then upload and activate the new one.
Alternatively, if you are receiving a file corrupt error message then that means you didn’t upload the plugin using the WordPress plugin uploader and a file of this plugin got corrupted. Follow the installation and upgrade documentation:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper/wp-pdf-stamper-installation-and-upgrade-guide-3
More details on loading a fresh build of the plugin here:

March 19, 2012 at 10:01 pm #42904leirpollMemberOK, so I filled in the update request form, and got a “Success” message saying that an e-mail has been sent to me. But after a couple of hours, I still haven’t received the e-mail.
What now? I really, really need that update file!
March 19, 2012 at 10:34 pm #42905leirpollMemberOK, so after another 30 minutes, I received the e-mail with the download link. Deactivated, uploaded new files and reactivated. Everything seems to work fine now.

April 3, 2012 at 3:09 pm #42908porcelynneMemberI moved my hosting and reuploaded using WordPress Uploader. Once I uploaded it, I went to activate my license and I get the error that my license has exceeded the limit. This is the third time that I have done this in one week. I need to have my license working for me. This is a huge inconvenience. What else can I do. I have emailed Ivy and she just responds with the exact same email each time and does not reset my license.
April 3, 2012 at 11:24 pm #42909adminKeymasterSomething is not right on this install for you to get this error this many times. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can check it out.
April 3, 2012 at 11:57 pm #42910adminKeymasterYou did not update the PDF Stamper plugin on your site correctly. You are still using V3.3.4 which won’t work anymore and needs to be updated.
Ivy has given you download links for new version of the plugin. Not sure why but you did not update your site with this new version of the PDF Stamper sent by Ivy.
August 1, 2012 at 9:04 pm #42911christopheMemberHI, after an eStore and pdf-stamper update, when running manual stamping I get this message :
“The encoded file ..path-to-the-file.. is corrupt.”
– I have reinstalled pdf-stamper, same result.
– Tried to reactivate the license, no problem but same message again
Where is the problem ?
I’m using domain name aliases (toto.com is toto.net or toto.fr). It wasn’t a problem before updating…
Thanks for yor help
August 2, 2012 at 1:19 am #42912IvyMember1. Can you tell me how you are uploading the plugin (via WordPress or FTP). It is really important that you upload via WordPress’s plugin uploader. Watch the video tutorial here:
2. Can you get a fresh build of the plugin and try this again.
