    Hello,

    Customer address is not getting stamped in PDF file. All I see is Customer Name, Customer Email.

    My settings:-

    Licensed to {customer_name} of {customer_address} {customer_email} {customer_business_name}

    Please help.

    1. Did you try **manually retyping** the {customer_address} variable tag into the settings?
    2. Where is the value for {customer_address} supposed to be coming from? In other words, what is PDF Stamper being integrated with, that provides the stamping data? For example; if you are inteegrating with eStore, are you doing a transaction?

    Hello,

    Yes, I did try typing manually with no luck.

    This is integrated with WP users (WordPress inbuilt). So whoever buy the product (using woocomerce) they get a protected page where I have Download Link. I tried other variable but all I can see effective is ONLY Customer Name and Customer Email.

    What version of woocommerce are you using?

    I have a feeling you are using the following shortcode:

    https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper/pdf-stamper-creating-a-download-now-button-for-wp-users-242

    The shortcode in the above mentioned page can’t do address. It can only do the name and email address of the user because a standard WordPress user doesn’t have the address info.

    We have an integration with WooCommerce transaction that you can use (instead of that shortcode). The following documentation has explanation of how it works and how you can use it:
