PDF Stamper – WooCommerce integration not working

Hello.

Just bought the “PDF Stamper” plugin. I need to use the WooCommerce integration, since I’m selling ebooks thru’ it.

I’ve checked the plugin integration option, but it doesn’t seem to “stamp” the download files in realtime.

Am I missing something?

Did you test with a manual stamp first to verify that the stamper engine is working fine? The 3rd video on the following page will show you how to do a manual stamping:

Next, enable debug in the plugin then try a transaction for your ebook and share the URL of your site so I can check some details.

I’ve already checked with the manual stamping that the stamping engine is working fine.

How does the WooCommerce integration work? Is there any version requirements (I’m still using version 1.x)? Will it work with already present products or I need to create new products?

I’m getting not log traces at all when downloading a WooCommerce product. It seems the plugin is not properly “bound” to it.

Definitely upgrade to woocommerce v2 (it has been a few months since they released v2). The stamper use hooks and filters from that plugin. So it is likely that the old version doesn’t have those hooks.

I’ve upgraded to WooCommerce 2.x and everything is working properly.

I suggest to state this requirement in the plugin documentation for future customers.
