Hi,
I have been starting to integrate EStore into WordPress and now wanted to test PayPal sandbox checkout.
All settings seem to be correct, but every time I make a payment and get redirected to PayPal I am getting following error from PayPal:
===
Sorry — your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.
If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don’t use your browser’s Back button) and restart your activity.
If you came from PayPal’s website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.
Dispatch Error, please check logfile for more information
===
Do you have any idea why this error is happening?
Also I requested the latest version of both EStore and Affiliate. Could you send those to me?
Thanls a lot for your support,
Nikolai

This link will help you getting the latest versions:

March 10, 2011 at 10:05 pm #20897interfoolMemberI also am having this problem. On latest version of purchased Estore. It’s not rare, it’s happening consistently, both when logging into the sandbox and when trying to make a transaction from my website.
March 10, 2011 at 11:47 pm #20898wpCommerceModeratorThe error has nothing to do with the plugin. After eStore submits the data to PayPal everything is happening on the PayPal site. The plugin is not responsible for that.
March 11, 2011 at 4:55 am #20899amin007ParticipantIts a known bug for PayPal. They have been working to fix this but haven’t been able to completely fix it. Its an issue with PayPal’s site so only they can help you. Contact PayPal to see what they are upto.

Guys, does this “Sorry — your last action could not be completed” error only show up in the Sandbox?
Thanks,
Interfool
March 11, 2011 at 7:48 pm #20901wzpModeratorYou might try it as a live $1 test purchase to find out. Since the Sandbox is a separate system from the real thing, perhaps the problem is only limited to the sandbox.
