Paypal integration with site – receive 403 error

Have checked paypal settings in estore program as well as my paypal account. When I test check out with shopping cart, I receive this error:

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

What’s up with that?

I’m very impressed that

(1) I could figure out what the heck you were talking about because I’m an older gal

(2) That it was one little digit causing the difficulty and changing it fixed it
