Hi,
I have set up everything after the instruction but sales are not registered only clicks, the IPN is enable, have an amount set that should be ok 5 SEK for the 33% etc but I have S2Member installed and wonder if that can have something to do with it? This is the link to the paypal button I use as a test [http://mindfuleating.nu/test-affialites/]
This is the page I going to use when it’s active, which is working now for 4 month and no problem with paypal etc [http://mindfuleating.nu/kop-abonnemang/]
Thanks,
Annika
November 7, 2012 at 10:05 pm #51126PeterMemberHi Annika,
Can you please enable debug for the Affiliate plugin and then share the output:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
Also, which instructions (option 1 or 2) did you use exactly when integrating your paypal button with Affiliate platform:
This is also a good post to read for this:

Thanks,

November 14, 2012 at 5:48 am #51130adminKeymasterTurns out that user was integration the plugin with S2Member plugin. Integrating with S2Member plugin is different than integrating directly using a hosted PayPal button. This is where things went wrong.
Simply follow this documentation to integrate the affiliate plugin with s2Member plugin
November 22, 2012 at 10:59 am #51131juanflxMemberHi,
My clicks are registered but not the sales. Payment via PayPal Express Checkout Works fine. Clicks are registered, but not the sales.
1. Here’s the link to my landing page [http://felixrelationshipmarketing.com/bridal-leads-mastery]
2. I use Premise Membership Access Plugin [http://getpremise.com/] with an integrated PayPal Express Checkout button (included in this wp plugin)
3. To integrate Premise WP Membership site and the WP Affiliate Program I consulted the “Plain PayPal button and affiliate plugin integration”.
4. My debug file shows me this output:
[11/22/2012 9:29 AM] – SUCCESS :Start processing remote commission tracking request…
[11/22/2012 9:29 AM] – FAILURE :Request does not have any GET or POST data… cannot process request
[11/22/2012 9:29 AM] – SUCCESS :Start processing remote click tracking request…
[11/22/2012 9:29 AM] – FAILURE :Request does not have secret key present.. cannot process request
I’m not a sophisticated developer, so I like to receive some simple to understand answers.
Thank you
November 23, 2012 at 2:49 am #51132adminKeymasterHi, You are using another plugin to create the payment button. The following PayPal integration is for integrating the affiliate plugin directly with a PayPal button (a PayPal button you create in your PayPal account):
Direct/Plain/Hosted PayPal Button and Affiliate Plugin Integration
Anyway, it should still work given you have completed all the steps mentioned in the above documentation. Please verify the following for me:
1) Have you created a “Thank You” page on your site? What is the URL of this page?
2) Have you enabled PDT in your PayPal account and filled in the “PayPal PDT Identity Token” in the affiliate plugin?
3) Does a customer get sent to your “Thank You” page automatically after payment on PayPal site?
