MemberThis is regarding your instructions on how to setup pay perview. http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/using-wordpress-permalinks-as-digital-products-apr-1217
I followed your video and page on how to do this. When using this shortcode I get the error below This is the code for the player I put in the middle [pro-player width=’840′ height=’472′ autostart=’true’ type=’flv’ image=’http://philspectorincident.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/spector.jpg’]http://philspectorincident.com/wp-content/media/itish.flv[/pro-player]
it doesn’t matter whether the code for the video player is there or not. As soon as I put in this shortcode:
[wp_eStore_APR expiry=0 status=unexpired]
[/wp_eStore_APR]
I get the errors below. I tried changing it to minutes and also expiry N. Nothing. Except when doing expiry N I get an explanation of how the shortcode works and not the error below. Can you tell me what’s going on? Also when I try to set the product page URL to ATRP in the digital product section it does not save the URL when I hit save. Your help on this appreciated. I’m using WP 3.5.1

ModeratorSpecifically, that Divide By Zero error is coming from the RC4 encryption algorithm used by eStore. Please check the eStore –> Settings –> Digital Product Delivery Settings –> Random Code setting. Did you change it recently? Like to zero or blank?
Also, did you go into eStore’s settings menu and save the settings once? You should at least save the settings once before configuring your products.
Combined with the other issue you are having, trying to save data; you shoulod try and load a fresh copy of the plugin:
