I have been successfully using eStore since November 2009. On Friday, my server crashed and the server owner had to restore from a back up that was only several hours old. Fortunately I lost nothing and all seemed fine until a customer tried to make a purchase on Saturday. The products will still load into the cart but when you click on Check Out with Paypal, you now get a “page not found” error. The address line, at the time the error occurs, reads:
I checked and that file is located there.
I’ve not changed any settings and my store was working fine right up until the server crashed.
I tried reinstalling my eStore but that didn’t change things. I’m still on version 2.6.7. Yesterday I applied for the update using the same email address I used when I purchased eStore and I even submitted my original Paypal Transaction number from when I paid for eStore, but I’ve not received anything back. Also, I’m using WP 3.3.0.
If you want to test the error for yourself, you can put a video into the cart using this link:

Also… based on reading a similar thread here… I do NOT have the box checked for Automatic Redirection to the Checkout Page in the Settings.
Thanks in advance!

If you just tell them to access the above URL and ask them why it won’t load they will see the issue.
