Hi. This plugin worked great on my other site. since i have created the new site it does not seem to be working.
Once a customer purchases a photo and gets redirected to the paypal site and pays we both receive the payment confirmation email (from PayPal).
The customer gets redirected back to the thank you page. This all works correctly. The problem is the website is not showing the orders in the portal and the merchant or customer receives no emails with the confirmation / download links etc.
I have installed WP_smtp plugin and also the email test plugin and all seems to be working correctly.
I am
The Instant payment information plugin etc is turned on in pay pal and i have changed the language settings to UTC_8 encryption as i have seen on the other support forums. This didn’t seem to make a difference.
November 29, 2015 at 11:35 pm #71982PeterMemberCan you please do the following:
Log in to your paypal acct and go to “Website Payment Preferences”.
Check your settings for the following:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) Also find the “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” setting and please enable this feature if it’s not enabled.
Can you also enable debug from the settings page of the photoseller and set up a test gallery with price $0.01 and let us know the gallery link so we can try a test.

December 9, 2015 at 10:36 pm #71984daz5505MemberHi Peter,
Auto Return is turned off, When i try and turn it on it is asking for a url back to my website. I put the link back to the receipts page.
I have created the test gallery and enabled the logging feature now. i did try and i got the payment notifications from Paypal and not my website at all. There are no email at all (even in the junk folders) or logs that anything has been purchased on the orders page
Thanks for your support
December 9, 2015 at 11:57 pm #71985PeterMemberHi,
Which version of photo seller do you have?
I just tried a test purchase on your site and then when I went to view the log file I couldn’t find it.
Furthermore when inspecting your html using firebug I saw something strange. For example the photo seller CSS files which would normally be located in the “wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/” directory are for some reason located in “wp-content/plugins/Archive”.
Have you changed anything on the photo seller? What is the plugin directory called “Archive”?
Could it be that you might have a theme/plugin conflict? Can you please try the following tests:

December 10, 2015 at 2:01 pm #71988PeterMemberDuring your conflict tests did you also deactivate all other plugins except photo seller?
Can you please install a fresh version of the plugin because your version is a bit outdated:
Please try another test after you install the latest version and let us know if that makes a difference.
If possible please repeat the plugin/theme conflict test too.
If you still have issues we will need log into your site to take a look.
What type of server is your site hosted on?
December 11, 2015 at 1:01 pm #71989daz5505MemberHi Peter I have installed the update and i was still experiencing problems. Good News i have narrowed the problem down to a plugin called Jetpack by WordPress.com. Thanks very much for your help.
Kind Regards
