Order By prod_id ASC (if the order is random: i.e. 1, 4, 6, 9)

I want to user order by asc (by prod_id) HOWEVER, I need to list 2 products that are out of order at the top of the list. How do I accomplish this?

Simply place an individual shortcode at the top for those 2 products that you want to list out of the normal list.
