PDF Stamper – not receiving email after purchase

Hi, All has been sending fine for a long time and now the email with pdf link is not being sent .. no changes that i can see … not sure what to do i am not very computer savvy …

Have you recently changed the IPN settings in your PayPal account? You should verify that PayPal IPN is enabled in your account. The following video explains how to do that:

I have been having this same issue. I Enabled IPN on my Paypal account. Entered the generated values into the advanced variables field and generated a hosted button. Embedded the code into my site. I then made a test purchase. I never received the email with the download link. I did, however, receive the email from Paypal stating the payment had been made. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated…

Please enable the debug option in the stamper plugin then do your test transaction. We can then see if the plugin is receiving the IPN message or not and what it is doing after that.

Ok I enabled the debug option and checked the information. All appears ok. Repeated Success message for encrypting and stamping, says emails were sent but I am not getting the download link till several hours later. Any ideas?

Who is your hosting provider? Some hosting providers, like GoDaddy, are notorious for outbound email delays.

Our plugin sends the email immediately when it receives the payment notification. It doesn’t have any mechanism to delay email. So the email delay is something external to the plugin. Usually email delays come from your hosting providers mail server.
