Non-English Text in email not readable

My customer receive weird character in the email, they’re not able to follow the instruction.

I report this issue last year but it’s not been resolved. I would like to know if you are planning to resolve this “Non-English” language issue or not?

If you already resolve this issue, please let me know how to correct it.

There is nothing to fix in the plugin. You simply need to setup your PayPal profile correctly so it can send the payment notification in UTF-8 format (currently your PayPal profile is configured to send the notification in Western language format).
