No emails for downloads being sent

Hi, this is getting annoying. The WP-estore has been in place for a while, it has been upgraded however. I’m getting several complaints from purchasers that the download email isn’t being sent, so have had to generate each download link manually. I tried swapping the mail delivery settings which made no difference. It’s not given a good impression and sales have dropped as a result. I’ve tried setting up a test product and purchasing this, and I also didn’t receive an email with the download link.

The website is sending emails for other things (latest posts etc, and the server has been configured to prevent emails being marked as spam).

Can you please advise on how to solve this problem.

Thanks for the response, problem sorted. The upgrade reset the email address listed as the sender to a default. Should’ve checked that before now.
