New Products saying it is created but not showing up

When I add a new product it says its created but its not showing up – and when I use a copied one the description won’t update

What do you mean by “it says it’s created?” Specifically, how are you checking to see if the product was created?

What do you mean by “it’s not showing up?” Specifically, what particular shortcode(s) are you trying to use?

Please post a live URL to a test page, along with a description of what we are supposed to see.

I save the product – and when I save it the little notification up top says it has been created

But it isn’t in the product list and none of the products are updating

Im not talking about embedding it – I mean just even adding it.

So, when you check the product database, you do not see it? Are you using any page caching plugins?

Do the following to make sure there is no DB table out of alignment issue:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

Did you migrate your site/server recently?

Its still not working – I uploaded fresh copies – was there more text? your bog blue support graphic covers half the post

since this problem has not always arisen it cant be a cache plug in and as far as I don have one installed on the install
