Hello, I have in my wordpress site 2 membership level, one free and one premium.

Free member need to fill name lastname and email. And I need when a free member want to be premium, to fill some information in his account profile page, like his phone number, adress… before checking paypal. How can i do that ?

Can i put a form with information i need and force the user (with *) to fill information before paid with the estore plugin?

    Thanks for your help :)

There are 2 addons that will allow you to customize membership level dependent profiles:

I don’t think there is currently a way to “force” members to complete their profiles before upgrading. However, you could add the following mumble-jumble to your Terms & Conditions:

User profiles are subject to periodic audits, to determine their validity. Registered users may be asked to confirm, provide, update, remove or correct information contained in their profile. Failure to reasonably comply may result in the revocation of a user’s login credentials without notification or recourse. Site owner has the implicit right to access, update, correct or moderate information contained in a user profile at any time.
