I had a unique issue on one of my clients sites. I use eMember (and eStore) to manage multiple levels. Seven of the “levels” are online course material. In the past I have had users by one course at a time (adding to their existing account) which works fine. Others have bought access to all courses, again works fine. Today I had a user buy two courses and eMember sort of freaked. It created two identical accounts the first one gave access to the first course and worked as expected…the duplicate account did not give access and could not be edited because of the duplicate email and username. I deleted the second account and gave her access in the first account.
The second issue is it did not create a wordpress user account even though it is set to and has always done this since that part was turned on.
I sort of understand why it did it but is there a way to prevent this in the future?
Running wordpress 3.2.1 and eMember 6.6.8
