All of the mp4 lightboxes have stopped working on our site. They were all working fine before, now nothing pops up. You can see an example at: [http://www.vantageled.com/universitytour/] – Next to the title Video Classes the “Taking Quality Photos” image is an mp4 lightbox link.
We are using WP Lightbox Ultimate version 1.9.5
The only thing we did was update WordPress. All the other lightbox links still work.
February 12, 2014 at 10:54 pm #60827wpCommerceModeratorHi, Lightbox Ultimate 1.9.5 won’t work with WordPress 3.8 since jQuery has been also updated to 1.10.2.
Please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes:

February 24, 2014 at 9:32 pm #60828azajaxMemberI did what you recommended but now it messes the whole website up. I get a spinning loading icon on every page when the page loads, even pages that don’t use your plugin. I had to deactivate it. Any suggestions? I am also using Easy FancyBox for other types of popups, but it was fine before.
February 24, 2014 at 11:28 pm #60829wpCommerceModeratorHave you tried deactivating Easy FancyBox?
January 8, 2015 at 7:22 am #60830bcworkshopsMemberToday to fix some other problems with other plugins, I downloaded the newest versions of your plugins, including the Lightbox Ultimate. But when I installed this one, all my videos stopped working. Instead, all the shortcodes where showing and a spinning wheel was on every page — even the pages without videos.
This is the most relevant post I could find in the forum, and the only solution was to deactivate FancyBox. But mine was already deactivated. I was also getting a red error on pages telling me that FlowPlayer wasn’t activated. But I wasn’t using FlowPlayer, I was using HTML5 player.
The only solution was to delete the newest plugin and go back to my old version of Lightbox Ultimate.
January 22, 2015 at 8:03 pm #60831rbrassawMemberSame Here–using a fresh install of Lightbox Ultimate. When HTML is selected (both options) red text appears on post page saying that FlowPlayer needs to be activated. When FlowPlayer is activated the is shows the correct link, but nothing loads when clicked. Even tried installing the free version of FlowPlayer. Same results.
HTML player was the draw for me. Disappointed that it’s not working with YouTube. A friend said that there were issues with showing MP4s with HTML and Amazon’s S3. He figured it was Lightbox Ultimate because when he used S3 Media Maestro it worked (just without the lightbox).
Does the HTML player require FlowPlayer? If so, is the non-commercial version doable? Is the HTML player intended to work with YouTube videos?
January 23, 2015 at 12:07 am #60832wpCommerceModerator@rbrassaw, We will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
