Modifying values in the manual store order information

I’d like to be able to do a couple of things with the manual order page. This is the page that is presented when a person checks out on a manual order. Ok, I’d like to change the ‘State’ to ‘Province’. Plus I’d like to auto fill in values for State, and Country. This can be changed by the person filling it in, but 99% of all orders will come from the same province/state and country.

Auto filling some fields will require some code modification which will need to be handled via custom coding. Read the 3rd post from our forum rules which will explain more:
