We were using the login widget in an area in the header of our site, but the “Fancy Login” is so much better.
How could we modify the text of the fancy login to be two simple, small images, LOGIN and JOIN each of which would achieve the same as the text of the same words in the standard version.
Can we possibly use a redirection as well if they use the fancy login to log in? at the moment, the redirection only works on the standard login.
Redirection to the login page only works on the standard login because the fancy login does a popup. So you can’t show a popup with login fields and then redirect to the login page. Does that make sense?
im lost. What I want to achieve is the same redirection that once a user signed in using standard login they will be redirected (to a custom page/post on the site). Can that be achieved in our fancy login?
The redirect after the login operation works the same way for any login (doesn’t matter if it is the fancy login or the standard login). In your earlier post I think you meant the redirection *to* the login page (not after the login).
Do you have the “Enable After Login Redirection” feature enabled from the settings menu?
It doesn’t work on my site. nclexonline.com. I tried logging in using the fancy but it brought me up on the same page. But if I use the standard, it redirected me to the page I specified.
Yes the redirect is active on the settings. Im using eMember V7.4.3
