Membership Level Title Not Working

I have a membership site with only one membership level and when I pay and get redirected to registration page everything works fine except the new member is listed under the membership level “Content Protection” in the manage members section in settings of emembers. We do not have a “Content Protection” level all we have is a level called “All Access Pass” Any help with this would be most appreciated. Thanks

It seems like the membership level you specified in the payment button is incorrect. Do the following so we can get to the bottom of this:

1) Load a fresh copy of the plugins:

2) Post a link to the page where you have the membership payment buttons. Are you using direct PayPal integration or eStore?

3) What is the membership level ID of the “All Access Pass” level?

I am pretty sure you have made a mistake in specifying the correct membership level ID, so double check that value.
