I need help urgently

My site is supposed to be fully functional by midnight and now I’m having problems sending out the emails from the membership plugin. Only the store plugin emails are going out. After payment there doesn’t seem to be a way for people to set up their account. I’m using the e-store and e-member plugins. I have a subscription for the membership side and sell products also on the site. When I created a subscription link just to test, nothing happens. I don’t receive the email from e-member that tells me how to register. I receive the email from e-store but not e-member. How do I get it to send out (prompt to complete registration),(registration complete),etc… emails. Also, when I go to the registration page, it says the site doesn’t have a free registration, make a payment to register. How are people to register if it’s not showing they have paid?

The subscription_handle_debug.log doesn’t have anything in it.

By looking at the debug, it doesn’t look like you have specified a value in the “Reference text” field of this product. What value do you have in the “Reference Text” field for this product (product ID 18)?

The reference text field of a product tells eStore that this is a membership product and a member account needs to be created. Detailed information here
