Manually Award Commission For Lead Not Working

Hi, I have managed to set leads to be captured via a contact form, However awarding commission for the lead does not seem to be working. After I enter the sales amount and press the ‘award commission’ button nothing happens.

Its the same scenario if i ‘add a lead manually’ and try add commission.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Please do the following first just to be sure:

Then enable the debug logging option from the settings menu of the pluign.

Try to award the commission from the leads menu. If it still doesn’t work, share a link to your log file so I can review it.

Hi, I have followed your steps, still no luck. Here is the log file link [removed log after checking it]

Looks like it is conflicting with that other woocommerce advanced integration addon that you are also using. That addon is overriding the commission to 0. See the following log data:

The total commission amount is 0 for this transaction so nothing will be awarded.

I have reworked that other addon to remove the conflict. I have sent you an update via email.
