Hello guys,
In the eStore, I set up the setting in the Manual Payment
Gateway to Perform an Automatic Autoresponder Signup
to one of my getresponse campaign after the customer
submits the manual checkout form.
But the customer is not being added to the campaign.
Here are my settings…
Estore manual Gateway Setting:
Perform Autoresponder Signup (Checked)
Estore Autoresponder Setting:
Enable GetResponse Integration (Checked)
Global GetResponse Integration:
GetResponse Campaign Name: campaignname
GetResponse API Key: done (API is turned ON in my Getresponse)
I also put the campaign name in the
autoresponder setting of the product I’m selling
Am i doing something wrong, How can i make this work.

Hi, What version eStore are you using? Please enable debug (if not enabled already), do another checkout using manual gateway and share the content of the “eStore_post_payment_debug.log” file. We will be able to see what is going wrong from the debug.
