Manual checkout form – deleted form fields still required

I have removed two data fields from my manual checkout form (country and zip code), but now the user gets an error message saying those fields (which are no longer there) need to be completed. How can I tweak this so the error message does not display?

Some fields are required for the plugin to function correctly. You cant collect an address properly without the country and zip code fields.

Also, if you are using e-comemrce tracking, then the analytics tracking system will require those info.
