Manual checkout buyer email customisation

HI. I’d like to remove the Transaction ID from the manual checkout buyer email – it’s confusing the buyers and it’s too long for them to use if paying by bank transfer.

Can I either remove it or replace it with a counter (of less than 8 characters)?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

A transaction ID is just a unique ID to uniquely identify a transaction (not sure why that would confuse anyone). When your customer communicate with your, they can use that ID as a reference (you will know which transaction they are referring to).
