We have set all the settings, the only required field on the form for this list is email (it won’t let us change that), but the buyer is not being added to the list after a successful purchase.
WordPress Version 5.4.1
WP eStore Version 8.1.6
We have added the correct list name and the correct API under integration settings. We’ve also tried adding it under the product itself in autoresponder settings. Please advise.
Lets check to see if the plugin is correctly sending all the details to your MailChimp account via the API call. Please enable the debug option in the plugin. This post will explain more about the debug logging option:
