users (and me) cannot log in from explorer.

Are you able to do a normal WP user login?
Are you using any unusual security protocols, settings, or plugins, on your site?
Please try loading a fresh copy of eMember:

this did fix it.
it actualy casued all my member list to vanish (so i returned the old emember plugin files from backup)
Are you able to do a normal WP user login? -sure!
any other idea how to fix it ?

January 3, 2013 at 4:06 pm #52731wzpModeratorIf installing a fresh copy of eMember “fixed” the problem; it means that something is amiss with the copy you had previously installed. Your existing membership list should not have “vanished” due to installing a fresh copy of eMember.
When you say that the problem is “fixed” with the fresh install; does it mean that logging in through eMember now works, even if you have to create a new membership account (since the old ones seem to have “vanished”)?
When did this problem first start happening? Did you make any site changes before the problem?
Do you have a complete backup from before the problems started? Does restoring that backup correct the problem as well?
The reason I am asking these particular questions is that sites in your country have, in the last month, been corrupted by “unfriendly elements.” It is completely plausible that your site may have been a collateral target.

We need to rule out this possibility. Otherwise, we may be sent on a wild goose chase. Also, I see that from a previous forum post, you did have a prior problem with malware on your site. Perhaps you have been reinfected?

January 8, 2013 at 3:17 pm #52733wzpModerator@Admin may decide to look at your system, when he gets in. Although I think that, based on what happened when you installed a fresh copy of eMember, there are deeper problems with the site.
