I have about 100 expired members in my list. I would like to search and bring up all expired members email address.
I noticed this can be done for ACTIVE members, but how can I do this for just EXPIRED members so I can send all them an offer to renew at a special price.
This would be a great marketing tool. Thanks.

Deactivate and delete your current version of eMember as per the instructions in the link below and then install a fresh copy of the latest version.
After installing and activating the latest version of eMember, go to the “Members” menu and then select “Expired” from the drop down box and click the “Search Users” button. This will list all expired accounts.December 7, 2012 at 6:20 pm #52097
Just to be clear, I was looking for a way to go to the Members List and where presently I can only select ACTIVE members, I was hoping for a way to select Expired members and then choose the same Display Email List Of All Members – BUT only for Expired members so I could quickly choose their email addresses and put them into a group email to send out.
Are you advising me that this has been added now, because in my copy the ability to search and find expired members was always available in Members section BUT NOT in the MEMBERS LIST section to easily export out email addresses.
I just wanted to be clear before I uploaded a new version whether the ability to export expired members emails had been recently added. Thanks.December 9, 2012 at 12:39 am #52098adminKeymaster
I see what you mean. We don’t have an option in the “Members List” menu to display a comma separated list of expired members only. We will look into adding this.December 9, 2012 at 4:28 pm #52099
Thanks. It would make it simple to output a list of email addresses for expired members and these could then be quickly pasted into an email with an offer to resubscribe for a special one time deal.
This would be great and save a lot of time. Right now I do each one manually. It takes a lot of time but the results are good. With your addition to the Members List you would save users hours of work.
Thank you for such a great product and for such great tech support.December 9, 2012 at 4:51 pm #52100wzpModerator
@avd23: If you ever do such a thing (copy and paste email addresses) remember to use the BCC and not the TO field! Nothing upsets users more than seeing their email address blasted out to everyone else.December 10, 2012 at 6:11 am #52101adminKeymaster
This option has been added to the plugin. Please download a new copy of the eMember plugin:
Now, you can go to the “Members List” menu and generate a list of email addresses for the expired members.December 14, 2012 at 1:45 am #52102
