lightbox video restarts video when switched to fullscreen

When I start a video in lightbox and then switch to fullscreen while it’s playing, it goes back to the beginning. Because I’m selling a PPV video, I do not want people to use up their “views” by switching to fullscreeen, only to find they are now back at the beginning of the video. I need the video to continue playing at the same point when someone switches to fullscreen in the middle of a view. Can you advise me as to how to change lightbox to accomplish that?

If you are using the APR protected pages, you only use up link counts when the encrypted link is clicked.

“What is a view?

Each click of the link counts as one view. If the link is clicked once at the beginning of a birthday party, and the kids watch the video 5 or 10 times, only one “view” will have been used.

So the above explanation will be correct?

Yes. In the case of an APR protected page, one view equals one view of the APR protected page. If it contains a video, then you can watch the video as many times as you want; during that one APR protected page view.

Thank you. Also, is there any way to set the player so that when I click on fullscreen, it continues playing at the same point in the video rather than restarting from the beginning? And is there any way to set the player so that it closes when finished…also is there a loop setting?

Can I also get that update? It’s kind of a drag the way it restarts the video every time you go to fullscreen. I sell training videos for software and it disrupts that flow of the lesson.

Hi – just checking in to see if this has been resolved yet? It appears that ‘Fix #613’ may have had something to do with this (in the v6.0.1 release of Flowplayer). This is on my list of deal breakers. If there is a work around anyone has found, I’d appreciate hearing about it! Thanks!
