Lightbox Ultimate screen aspect ratio not displaying correctly

I could never say you didn’t go the extra mile! I was pretty sure I had already gone through every anamorphic setting, and I used the other settings you referred to. Just gave it one more shot at those settings. Still, when I go to full screen, I get a giant rooster head. I’ve reinstalled version 1.7.4 and it works perfectly for me. I suppose there is a bug somewhere…and it’s most likely in my thinking. TYVM for following through. Moving on for now and looking forward to setting up Estore and your Affiliate plug.

I’m not sure why it didn’t work (I used your video actually). You can still use 1.7.4 if you are comfortable with it. The new player is responsive, looks better and works on all major browsers (which is why we had to update it).

Oops. I didnt realize I won’t have a responsivee site with 1.7.4. That means Ive got to work this out eventually. But right now Ive got a few hundred videos to deal with! Thanks again.

Last thing. Ive posted and deleted a ton of vids trying to get this right. Could you please tell me exactly which video you used? I will at least use that as my starting point in trying to get this right. Thanks alot.

@sophie1, I used your BBCompositefinal2hb.mp4 video. However, we might be able to apply a tweak on your site to get around this issue. So don’t start encoding all of your videos yet. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
