Lightbox stopped working in eStore

Greetings!

The store that I’ve been building was working well, including the lightbox. Then today I get into the site to do more work but the lightbox is not working. A white screen pops up with the loading wheel but it never gets to full size and the picture never loads.

Can someone help to fix this. I’ve tried shutting it off and then restarting it but still get the same problem. It acts like some of the script got stomped on somehow…

I would be great appreciative for any help.

I wanted to update my post. Last night I installed a plugin called “Slick Social Share Buttons.” I had some trouble with the installation of this plugin & placed a help ticket to that author. So, sitting here reading all the threads for the lightbox failure got me thinking about what I installed. I deactivated that plugin & now my lightbox works.

Hi, It seems like you made some modification to eStore code. Please load a fresh build of the plugin:

PS: I have also noticed that you appear to have a javascript error on your page which may or may not be contributing to the problem:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘datepicker’ custom-contact-forms-datepicker.js:4

The “fb-root” div has not been created, auto-creating connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js:51

I reinstalled a fresh build of the plugin and I deactivated the custom contact form. The lightbox still doesn’t work!

I am still seeing JavaScript errors on your webpage. The lightbox effect won’t work until you fix the javascript errors on your webpage that are coming from other plugins.
