Lightbox Ultimate – Amazon S3 video not working

I am trying to play a video located on S3. I followed all of the instructions in the training video but the Flowplayer shortcode does not show the arrow player and when I click on the screen it just moves me to the center of the page with no lightbox displayed.

Hi, there are just too many embedded images, videos on that page. Can you please setup a fresh new page with a single shortcode so I can troubleshoot it? This way I will be able to focus on the shortcode that is not working for you.
