You can also use the “lightbox-2” plugin and do the same. Simply activate the “lightbox-2” plugin and uncheck the “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” option in eStore’s settings menu:

I bought this plugin for $27 and I expect it to work as advertised. I have a fresh install of WordPres 3.1.4 with no other plugins installed. I installed the WP Lightbox Ultimate, activated and it does not work. The link goes to the youtube website instead of a popup.

Please advise.

Hello. Everything was working fine for a couple of weeks, even with all the add-on plugins. Suddenly today I am getting the same issue: when clicking on a thumbnail I am sent to the image URL instead of a lightbox popping up. The only possibly difference is that four days ago I added a form plugin “Aweber Forms by Optin Cat” But the lightboxes still worked up until lunchtime today! I even cleared all the caches from W3 Total Cache (Should I use wp-super-cache instead?)

Any suggestions?

You have got a lot of JavaScript error on your site now. Those JavaScript errors are preventing eStore’s lightbox from working.

Turned out to be W3 Total Cache.

Been having problems with that plugin on my other sites, too.

It’s not very friendly, despite it being listed in the ‘safe’ estore list
