Hi, I like your products and use the light box ultimate. When someone wants to watch a video in mp4 and tries to watch it the first time it works fine. However, if you close the video and want to watch it again and hit the thumbnail (picture) it doesn’t open till you refresh the browser. I found this to happen in chrome and explorer.
The first time it works fine but close it and try to open it again and it won’t pop till you refresh.
Here is a link to a page that does exactly what I’m talking about.

The page is not secure in anyway and it works fine when you refresh but otherwise it just doesn’t open.
Hi, can you please install a fresh copy of the plugin and see how it goes:

Hi again, I did what you said and installed a fresh version of the light box plug in.
The problem is now solved, and videos play without having to refresh.
Now I have a different problem. The size of all the videos is fixed and when I change the dimensions the player doesn’t change from 16by9
I set up a test page and created all different sizes but each of the 4 videos plays in 16by9 so my videos are all streched out now and don’t look right. The manual short code settings are not changing the length only the width which is strange.
take a look at the following page
[http://www.online-commodity-brokers.com/test-video-page/]
Here are the different manual settings for each video but they are all 16by9 instead.
first video I manually set to width=”900″ height=”864,width=”800″ height=”1200,width=”640″ height=”480″,width=”640″ height=”900
but when you play the videos they are all 16by9 instead…how can I change or adjust manual sizes like I used to without any problems ?
thanks,
