Japanese characters distorted in manage customers.

Hi there. It seems like everywhere else the Japanese characters are working fine. But when I checked manage customers for the first time, the characters are distorted? I took a screenshot.

Hope you guys can help me resolve this! Thank you!

Please do the following to enable UTF-8 format for the IPN messages coming from your paypal account:
