item quantity limited isn't work

I go on testing stuff at http://www.meisanmui.com/print/

there’re some problem again.

When I set limited quantity to 1 copy only,when out add to cart once .

and put add to cart again the item still can add.

What if customer put add to cart 2 time althought item only have 1 copy.
