Hi there, we are having some issues with our Members, not 100% sure its an issue with the eMember plugin but thought I’d see if you had come across anything like this.
Some members are having problems accessing content, so they are logged in, but not able to read articles (when they should be). When my client re-inputs their password, they are then able to access the articles again.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated. I wondered if there was a way to perhaps ‘reset’ all members logins (bulk action), if this is an option.
Just to add to this, all members experiencing this issue were set as ‘Premium’ members.
Many thanks in advance.

Passwords should not be the issue. Are the members logging into the system using the WordPress or the eMember login form?
Are you running any kind of page caching plugins?
Thanks for your response.
1: There are 3 levels (Standard, Free & Premium)
2: Yes, only Premium members have the issue, but to be fair, most members are Premium, so it might not necessarily be relevant.
3: They are logging in using the eMember form.
4: We were (W3 Total Cache), until I disabled it earlier today thinking it might be causing the issue. This might well be the problem, so time will tell I guess.
I think whats odd is that this only effects some users.
Thanks again for your reply.
