Hello,
using WP estore, some clients have problems to download my PDF and Word files. When they check their email to click in the encrypted links, they cant’t download their files. They have the following ERROR message:
“Invalid Link. Couldn’t find in the database”.
But the files are in the just folder, the URL in WP Estore are correct. And other clients haven’t any problems. They can download files without problem.
SO the links are sometimes good, and other times not good ?
Why ? Have you seen this problem with another user of WP E store ?!
Edit: in the “debug paypal file” all the messages are correct. There isn’t any error message (for the good and the bad links…).

“Invalid Link. Couldn’t find in the database” sounds like an error message from an older version of eStore. What version are you using?
I’m using the WP eStore Settings v 5.0.1.
SO ?! Without doing the update, what would be the problem ?

Which version of WordPress are you using?
If you’ve upgraded to WordPress 3.3 then you will definitely need to upgrade eStore too and even if you’re not on 3.3 you should probably load a fresh install anyway.
You are currently using an old version of eStore (new version is 6.3.6)

Hello, but where is the upgraded version of the Plugin?!
You say unzip etc… but how i can unzip a file i don’t have ?!
Give me a link to share the new file . And, the plugin with old version is ok in my other website…
In the problematic website, sometimes it’s ok, sometimes not…
so i don’t think the upgrade is going to change anything… PDF stamper is not ok, now Wp E Store…
